- 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1\2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 bun whole wheat hamburger bun
- 2 tbsp. real mayonnaise by hellmann`s
- 4 tsp. ketchup
Method
- Peel the sweet potato and cut into small 1/2 inch cubes. Chop the tomatoes, finely chop the parsley, and mince the garlic.
- In a medium bowl, combine the ground turkey, tomatoes, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 tablespoon parsley, 1/2 tablespoon olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Dampen your hands with a little water to avoid the mixture sticking. Mix with your hands until well combined. Shape the burger mixture into 1 to 2 inch thick patties.

- Put the hamburger in the bun, top with mayo and ketchup, and any veggies you would like and enjoy.
