Pork and Basil Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 3 tbs. olive oil
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 1 lb (450g) ground pork
- pinch or to taste stevia
- 1 tbsp. fish sauce or substitute for vegetarian
- 1 tbsp. coconut aminos
- ⅓ cup low sodium chicken broth or water
- 1 ½ cup basil leaves
- half fry eggs for serving

Preparation
- Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, deseed and chop the green chillies and gather all the ingredients.
Method
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the chopped shallots and garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the chopped chilies and cook for another minute then turn the heat to high.
- Stir in the ground pork, cook, and breaking it up until crisp for about 5-7 minutes.
- Mix in the stevia, fish sauce, and coconut aminos. Stir-fry for another minute and deglaze the pan with a splash of broth or water. Stir in the basil, and stir-fry until wilted. Serve with cauliflower rice and half-fried eggs.
