Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes
- to taste salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Use a fork to stab each potato 6-8 times and poke holes in it.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for at least 1 hour or until the potatoes are soft at 400 degrees.
- Remove from the oven and after unwrapping slice them into half.
- Season with salt and pepper.
