Ingredients
- 1 cup light whipping cream
- 1 tsp – 5ml chocolate liquid stevia unsweetened
- 1.5 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup fat no sugar
- 1/4 cup chocolate unsaturated in sugar
- 1 cup sugar-free magic shell optional
Method
- Hand Mix or use a blender to blend all ingredients except for the optional chocolate coating. Blend for only a few seconds to mix the ingredients. If you mix for too long, the mixture will be like the cream within the recipe. Taste and adjust stevia as needed.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 2-3 hours or until hardened. Once hardened, hold the mold out under hot running water to facilitate release from the molds.
- Place popsicles on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle the chocolate coating or, if desired, spread the coating with a spoon on each side of the popsicle. Put back on the baking sheet to freeze again for about 10 minutes or overnight.
