Garlic Bread

Ingredients
- 1¼ cups Bread:
- 1 tsp. almond flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup sea salt
- 2 tsp. water, hot
- 3 egg white wine vinegar
- ½ cup whites
- 1 Garlic butter:
- 2 tbsp. butter, at room temperature
- ½ tsp. garlic clove, minced
- fresh parsley, finely chopped

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350F (175C). Mince the garlic and roughly chop the parsley and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt and place in the refrigerator until needed.
Method
- Combine the first three ingredients in a bowl, and pour in the boiling water, vinegar, and add the egg whites and whisk together with a hand mixer until form into a dough.
- Divide the dough into 10 portions and shape into hot dog buns and place onto the prepared baking sheet
- Leaving enough space to easily double in size.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until cooked through and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
- Once the bread cool enough to handle cut in halves, take the garlic butter out of the fridge.
- Spread the garlic butter on each bread slice, place onto the baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden browned.
