Chocolate Tart

Ingredients
- 1 cup Crust:
- 6 tbsp β 90ml almond flour
- 1 cup melted butter
- 9 oz β 250g Tart:
- 1 tsp β 5ml light whipping cream
- 2 Chocolate (Chopped or Broken into)
- Β½ tsp β 2.5ml vanilla
- 1 eggs
- 2 Oz β 50g salt
- 1/4 cup sugar free sweetener
- 1/2 cup Glaze:
- 2 tbsp. β 30ml chocolate
- sour cream
Preparation
- Heat until oven is at 325 F β 160 C.
Method
- Stir all the ingredients together and press evenly into the bottom of the tart pan.
- Bake for about 10 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack for 15 to twenty minutes.
- Increase the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit β 180 degrees Celsius.
- Bring cream to a boil, then add chopped chocolate in a bowl and let it stand for 5 minutes. Stir gently until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, stir together vanilla, eggs, salt and melted chocolate.
- Pour the filling into the cold crust. Bake until the center is slightly wobbly β for about 15 to twenty minutes.
- Cool completely in a pan or on a rack for about 1 hour. The center will still be set as tart cold.
- Glaze: In a saucepan over medium-low heat, add chocolate, sweeteners, cream, and sour cream.
- Stir the mixture continuously and roast the sugarcane till it becomes smooth and hot.
- Pour over the cold tart and tilt it slightly to help the glaze to cover the tart fully.
- Let it cool for an hour and add light whipping cream or raspberry sauce on top.
