Ingredients

4 small ripe peaches
6 tbsp. sweetener substitute or to taste
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. unsalted butter or coconut oil for dairy-free
Whipped cream or dairy-free cream to serve

Preparation

Slice the peaches in four pieces and remove the stones.
Combine the sweetener and cinnamon and coat the sliced peaches with the mixture, flesh side down.
Melt the butter over medium heat, add the sliced peaches, flesh side down and cook for 8-10 minutes over low heat, keep an eye on them to avoid burning.
Flip the peach slices, sprinkle with the remaining sweetener and cinnamon mixture and cook for another 3-5 minutes, enjoy with whipping cream.
