Ingredients
- 1 cup (150ml) "Fancy" Version:
- 1 cup (100ml) uncooked almond milk
- 1 cream
- 1 spoon vanilla pod
- 5 sugar-free vanilla (you can use silica-flavored sweetener to taste)
- 1cup (150ml) (150ml) liquid sweetener
- 1 cup (100ml) Ice Cubes
- 1 tsp.– 5ml Fast Version:
- 1 unsaturated almond milk
- vanilla
- sugar-free flavor: liquid sweetener
Method
- Cut the vanilla pod in half and take out the seeds.
- Pour Cream into a little non-sticking pot and add vanilla seeds as well, because the pods are creamy.
- Boil the cream while stirring continuously. (I like to recommend setting the heat to low-medium instead of high - this may reduce your chances of burning the cream).
- Remove the vanilla pod that has been sprinkled with cream and fill the infused cream in a jar or mug.
- Refrigerate in your fridge until cold (About 1 hour).
- Add vanilla-infused creams and each of the remaining ingredients to the kitchen appliance and mix for approx. 30 seconds.
- Do not mix for too long because friction can heat your milkshake and I think we would all agree that a hot milkshake doesn't sound like something we want!
- Fast version: Add all ingredients to a kitchen appliance and mix for approximately 30 seconds.
