Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Light Whipping Cream or Coconut Milk (180 ml / 6 oz)
- 1 cup uncooked almond milk or any nuts or seeds Milk (240 ml / 8 oz)
- 2 tbsp. – 30ml almond butter, preferably roasted or edible seed
- 32 g / 1.1 oz butter
- 1 tsp – 5ml vanilla powder or sugar-free vanilla
- 1-2 tsp – 10ml erythritol powder
- 3 cups chopped Walnuts or Pecans (40) g / 1.4 Us)
- 20 g / 2 large glowing chocolate (at least 85%), grated
- a few pieces of ice or almond Duke Frozen cubes
- 2 poon Topping or Coconut Milk
Method
- Place all ingredients except for the smoothie (which will serve for topping) in a high-speed blender and blitz smooth together. The more you blitz the thicker it gets. Just be happy to beat the blitz all at once or reserve some grated chocolate, walnuts and almond butter for the topping.
- In another bowl, beat the cream for topping. For a straight beat, use at least half to 1 cup of cream. Any remaining toppings are often kept within the fridge in a sealed jar for up to three days.
- Pour into the shaking glass and top each with a large spoon of topping. Sprinkle with reserved grated chocolate, crumbled walnuts, and drizzle with leftover almond butter. Tastes best when served fresh.
